Actor James Avery AKA Fresh Prince's 'Uncle Phil' Dies

I'm just as shocked as you are folks, the loveable and honorable James Avery dies at 65, due to 'complications of a heart transplant'. I don't know about you folks but Fresh Prince growing up was by far the most funniest sitcom ever was! Just seeing the actor play Uncle Phil either had me in stitches or gave me a fright! So simple, yet hilarious! (for those who don't know about this show..GET TO KNOW!) I don't think there's not ONE person that doesn't recognize or know the lyrics from the theme tune. I know I do! But it's hard to believe someone such as himself would die so soon. His movie credits included Fletch, The Prince of Egypt and 8 Million Ways to Die. Many of his fans wrote on his twitter page as a memory of his work. Including Fresh Prince's Alfonso Ribeiro, leaving him a heart-filled message about the actor. Some of which calling Avery's his 'second father'. I know, some of you might argue: 'He's been in other films you know!' and yes, I'm aware of that, but I know and love him as Uncle Phil so there. He's starred in many old time classic such as: 'Three for the road', 'Blue brothers' and my favorite 'Dr Dolittle 2'.

Here's some of James Avery's best Moments in Fresh Prince enjoy!

NYR: 'New year. New me' Reality talking: 'yeah never heard that one before'

Happy new year to one and all! Sorry about not keeping you guys updated had a busy holiday which I hope you've all enjoyed.  Anyways back to my story, has anyone broken their New Years Resolution (NYR) already? hahaha yeah me too.  Honestly,  one minute your screaming ’HAPPY NEW YEAR?’ along with a bit of the bubbly, then were back to living our lives and glued to the TV, with the hope of actually making a difference with our lifestyles.

Seriously, How many of us tend to wait a whole year in order to turn our lives around or maybe set little tasks that you know you won’t fulfill? (I do!) I’m guessing I'm speaking on the behalf of half the world's population. The main question is ‘why?’ Why wait a year to change your behavior, outlook on life and supposedly... loose weight (ha-ha that one gets me every time). But don't get me wrong, it’s good to set goals. That's what gives us the motivation to stride to success and build on our characters. Yes, I understand the concept of 'New year, New me'. It's positive, up-lifting and the idea of transition taking place is exciting. Unfortunately, that saying dies out quicker than an annoying kids fad in retro spec. When I went round asking people on their opinion with NYR  my answers sounded a lot like: ‘it’s in progress’, ‘made a start so far so good’ or ‘doesn’t fit with my schedule with work’ and my favorite one: ‘I’m working on it slowly making tracks’ my translation: ‘I can’t be asked so let me make an excuse’ can’t say I haven’t done that myself. (Hey?! I’m only human!)

So by now, you're probably thinking: 'what's your point?' Well, it's simple if your going to make changes then do so, don't wait until new year to then have a 'defining moment' because no matter how old or how far long your situation by me, it's never too late to change. And if your not the type to care about 'New starts to the new year' then find another blog to read! I don't cater for the perfect or non-caring individuals.

Singer Rita Ora: Stars in Fifty shades of grey?

Hand-on-heart, God's promise, have never, ever, EVER read the Fifty shades Of Grey. It's not because I', too good for reading little naughty novels or because I'm too proud. I just generally had no intentions reading it. I've always been a girl who like to put things in practice. (If you catch my drift *winks*). For those who don't know about Fifty shades of Grey, (I highly doubt it) it's about a lovely princess with horses and (only kidding it's all about SEX to sum it up). The synopsis: it's about a deepening relationship between a college graduate, Anastasia Steele, and a young business magnate, Christian Grey. It is notable for its explicitly erotic scenes featuring elements of sexual practices involving bondage/discipline and submission. But going by the majority of readers, criticizes and authors out there, the book itself revealed quite a mixture of responses. Most of them, stating: 'definitely a good read' and 'interesting and yet saucy bit of literature' whilst some beg a differ by counting back with comments like: 'It's absolute cheese!' and 'not to my taste'.

Now, they seemed to have officially announced the makings the movie: Fifty shades Of Grey staring no other than UK singer Rita Ora! Surprised? yeah, me too, The 23-year-old talented singer, famously known for her chart-breaking hits: 'Hot Right Now' and 'RIP' will play the sister of the male star of the story, Christian Grey.
Ora revealed the news to her fans on Twitter, saying: "It's official! I've been cast in Fifty Shades Of Grey as Christian's sister Mia." Well, I wish her the best and look forward to seeing her acting skills being put to the test.

Jaunty Jennifer Hudson and her new movie: 'Black Nativity'!

From the up's and down's of Jennifer starting her career, she's now to a known as being unstoppable with her 'jaw-dropping' spine-tingling voice and her unbelievable talent in acting, she has emerged as one of Hollywood's great est all-round entertainers. Her main talent by far is the transition of many Genre of music (Gospel, R&B, Hip Hop) that she's still able to produce such talent people could ever dream of. And I must say, I'm loving her new look! She's rocking the hair short and loss TONES of weight, revealing her sexy figure with the latest dresses on the high streets. (Oh, I'm getting side tracked again!). I'll just finish off by saying All and all she looks stunning without a doubt. She's won award after award for her creative song selections and most importantly collaborations with famous R&B singers/rappers over the years such as: Ludacris, Fantasia and many more. Her most memorable and 'by far' greatest moments hitting the screens was Oscar-winning breakthrough and unforgettable musical known as 'Dreamgirls' released in 2006. Where the Jennifer Hudson played the lovable Miss Effie White. Now this is where it gets political folks, some people may argue that it was the cast members like Beyonce and Jamie Foxx, chosen for the film made the movie or what the film represented bearing the time period it was set in. But I would happily argue that Jennifer Hudson made that movie her incredible voice, never fails to amaze me. Her song: 'I'm telling you' made thousands of hits and won an award for that single alone.
 Jennifer Hudson as Effie White

Jennifer Hudson made a comment stating: 'When I did Dreamgirls, nobody was paying attention to me I had nothing to prove, she says. Now, I'm the 'Academy Award winner Jennifer Hudson", so, everybody is watching'.

Black Nativity is a African- American musical drama film. The synopsis of the film is based on the character's mother. After his mother, Naima, is evicted from their Baltimore apartment, teenage Langston is sent to spend the holidays with his estranged relatives in New York City, where he embarks on a surprising and inspirational journey and along with his new friends, and a little divine intervention, he discovers the true meaning of faith, healing, and family. The film will be released this Friday. (In England, you know how we get movie releases SO EARLY)

Kanye and Kim's Stunt double!

So Kanye West's new music video 'Bound 2' featuring his newly wed, Kim Kardashian. Well, where do I start..erm.. It's definitely eye-catching I'll give you that. I'm guessing the whole purpose of this video, is the Kanye expresses his love to his one and only girl 'Kim K through the use of effective background images and of course images of Kim's Jugs. Yep I said it! the video literally has Kim K STARK NAKED throughout the video, riding Kanye's motorbike whilst making several close up's to the camera, along with sex poses (e.g. bouncing up and down on Kanye, black silhouette of legs etc). In other words, this is A reenactment of how baby North West came about folks! Couldn't of helped yourself ay Kim? And I thought one sex tape was bad enough (Awkward much!)

Now this is where it gets funny people, actor and comedians, James Franco and Seth Rogen decided to put together their own cameo of Kayne's original video. Yes my friends, the dynamic duo manged to not only made me and thousands of people 'LMAO' but they achieve more views on you tube than the actual video! ( this is including like and positive comments, how embarrassing). I don't know about you guys, but that deserves a round a applause. If you still haven't neither of the video I've just mention, what you waiting for! click on the link at the bottom and watch them back-to back and spot the difference!

Tupac Biopic movie soon to hit our screens!

Yes folks! you read it correctly, many of the fans have been asking 'when are they going to release a movie based on just Tupac?' I mean, it's only fair considering they made to through making 'Notorious B.I.G' which was released in 2009, highlighting the ups and downs of Biggy Smalls in which the rapper faced during his childhood, his rise in fame right up until his death. The movie also highlighted the relationship which soon turned into rivalry that made history in America Biggy and Tupac and empathized the division of the states: 'West coast' and 'East Coast'.

Now, you're probably wondering: 'why has it taken them so long to make the biopic?' Well, the answer to that, would be none other than Tupac mother, Afeni Shakur claiming she continued to attempt to get creative control over the film after she had signed away the rights to her son's music and story. You can't blame her for wanting to be in control as much as the director, she clearly wants her son's legacy to be embraced in a 'positive light' rather than adding conspiracies made by fans and constant negative destruction that took place early 90's. None the less, it's still early days who knows what will be included within the movie. It set to be released sometime in spring 2014. One things for sure, these rappers who went through real struggle along with the passion for great music and creativity made it to the top, has forever changed the out look to rap and R&B for generations to come.

Ri-Ri's 'disturbing' new vid!

Superstar Rihanna has finally released her new video 'What now' that she's been bragging ALL OVER social networks. It's known to be the perfect reflection of her album 'Unapologetic'. She's chosen a more simplistic theme with the colours black and white which in itself was quite creative and unique. This could portray her emotional struggles in life or simply highlight 'the good' and 'the bad' within a person. Either way, most Ri-Ri fans should know despite her ups and downs in the music industry, she never fails to look sexy on screen and that's what we mostly like about her. The dress sense by far has always been sexy, daring and at times a little too revealing, but the voice carries her more than what her body can offer. In this video, she's wearing a long off-white silk dress with black long nails and is back to rocking her conventional black cringe back swept across her forehead. The Gothic yet angelic background almost resembles her video 'Disturbia' released back in 2007. Only instead of it being more upbeat with an incredibly grim atmosphere, this song has more of a heart-filled message along with the pain and frustration she carries with her. The fact that the song is called 'What now' could be hinting that she's feeling lost. But why? Could it be her on-and-off relationship with Chris Brown making her feel so confused? Or the pressure that comes with being a Celeb?
